The Site is an editorial directory of third-party Windows desktop applications. Each entry includes a short summary and a link to the publisher's official website. We do not host installers, do not publish or distribute the third-party software, and are not affiliated with any of the publishers we link to.
3. No warranty on third-party software
You install third-party software at your own risk. Although we curate the directory and verify each link points to the publisher's official URL, we cannot warrant that any third-party application is fit for your purpose, free of defects, or compatible with your system. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Use of a name does not imply endorsement by, sponsorship of, or affiliation with that owner. Don't probe, scrape at unreasonable rates, or attempt to bypass technical protections. Don't impersonate Appvella or use our marks to confuse other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kentucky law, Appvella, its members, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party software you install after visiting the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appvella from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
