The short version
Appvella sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The only client-side state we keep is a single key in your browser's localStorage.
What we store
| Storage | Key | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| localStorage | apvl_sync_v1 | Remembers that you've dismissed the bottom-right advisory. | Until you clear browser data. |
Cookies set by anyone else
None. We don't load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, hotjar, intercom, ad networks, or anything similar. The only outbound network calls our pages make are to our own assets and to the Google Fonts CDN for the typefaces.
Third-party services we route certain interactions through
- FormSubmit.co — when you submit the contact form, your message is POSTed to their endpoint and forwarded to
studio@appvella.com. They may set their own cookies on their own domain during that round-trip. - Cloudflare — our CDN may set technical cookies (e.g.
__cf_bm) for bot management. These are strictly necessary for the site to load reliably.
How to clear what we store
Open your browser's developer tools (F12 in Chrome, Edge, Firefox), go to Application → Local Storage → https://appvella.com, and delete any apvl_* keys. Or just clear browsing data — the site will function normally on the next visit.
